are so many edition and results there. But I just wanted a simple one, because I
can do a slightly change then becoming my very own recipe I don‘t want to screw
up my first one...haha. Also I watched few videos before I start it, but
finally I decided follow the cooking book “recipes for the easy cooking with
Thermomix” (thermomix is a brand of kitchen appliance)
I feel so
exciting and full of passion when I doing prepare work.

Make graham biscuits crumbs:
Put half a package Graham biscuits into the sandwich bag.
Then crush it… Squeeze it…
Tips: if you
using by hand, your hand might hurt...but more fun!
4-6 tsps
melted margarine. Add into the crumbles.
Stir or blend
the ingredients together with the spoon.
Press the
crumb mixture into the pan.
There have two
options: bake or no bake.
I chose no
bake so put into the fridge instead of oven.
Important: preheat
your oven to 350 degrees
For approximate
9 inches cake. we need 400g cream cheese

If you never
try to make your own cheesecake before you must think it is big challenge. But
now I think bake cheesecake it's not that hard. In other words it's really
EASY. Everyone can try it out. haha I mean for original flavor...I know other
style or flavors might more complex.
